Q: Can I change my order detail?
A: Once order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered info from the system. We suggest you to contact us with the order number by the Contact us page before the goods have been shipped out. Consumer has the right to return and exchange the order within 7 days upon receipt. The shipping costs are paid by the consumer. Please refer to the Exchange Policy.

A: If you receive the watch and it is not as you orders, please contact us immediately. Specify your name, address, contact no., order number and a detailed description of this issue; the clear image of the timepiece is highly appreciated.
